Terms of Sale

Effective October 19, 2026. shop.rylotcg.com is run by Rylo TCG, a trade name of Rylo Funding LLC, Hebron, Kentucky 41048 ("we"). Placing an order means you agree to these terms. Rip & Ship orders also follow the Rip & Ship terms in sections 14 to 22 below, which control if the two conflict.

Every listing is an offer to sell. We accept an order when we send shipping confirmation. We may cancel for stock problems, suspected fraud, or a listing error, and we will refund you in full. We sell genuine Pokémon and One Piece product. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or Bandai.

Prices are in US dollars and move with the market. The checkout price is the price you pay. If a listing has an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund you, or offer to ship at the correct price. You choose.

We collect 6% Kentucky sales tax where it applies. Checkout shows it before you pay.

Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number. If something is wrong, email us before you dispute the charge.

We ship by USPS with tracking, within two business days of payment clearing. Singles go out sleeved and protected. You are responsible for a correct address. If a package returns because of an address error, we reship at your cost.

The package is our risk until it is delivered to your address. If tracking says delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 7 days. We will open a USPS claim and make it right.

Returns follow our Refund Policy. In short: unopened sealed product and unaltered singles come back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, and packs opened on stream are final once opened.

We grade singles by eye (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played) using standard hobby terms. Grading is a judgment call, and honest graders disagree. We do not promise a card will grade at PSA, BGS, or CGC, or at any number. For slabs, we rely on the grader's label. If you think we got a condition wrong, send it back within 14 days and we will make it right.

Buyers under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission and a parent or guardian's payment method. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older, or that a parent approved this order and agrees to these terms. We may cancel an order we believe breaks this rule.

Prices, comps, and anything said on our streams are information, not financial advice. Cards and sealed product rise and fall in value. We do not promise resale value or profit.

We sell items as described and, to the extent the law allows, make no other promises about them. Our liability on any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. None of this limits liability the law will not let us limit, including for our own fraud, or your rights under Kentucky consumer law.

Kentucky law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts covering Boone County, Kentucky. Please email us first.

We may update these terms. Your order follows the terms in effect when you placed it.

You buy one sealed booster pack of the product you pick. On our Saturday 1 pm ET YouTube live, we open that pack on camera and ship you every card in it. We keep nothing and swap nothing. Pulls ship as drawn, with no rerolls or exchanges.

We pick the physical pack from sealed stock. We do not weigh, feel, or search packs. The price is fixed whatever comes out.

Every pack opens for the buyer who bought it. We do not run random spots, team breaks, raffles, or paid giveaway entries, and we never pool buyers' money.

Packs open in the order payment cleared. Orders paid by Thursday 6 pm ET open that Saturday. Later orders roll to the next show. You may cancel for a full refund until the show starts. Once the show starts, the queue locks.

• Stream fails before your pack opens: it stays sealed. Choose the next show or a full refund.
• Stream drops mid-pack: we record every show locally, finish from that recording, and post it before shipping.
• Pack looks damaged, resealed, or tampered with: we stop, and we do not open it. You choose a replacement sealed pack of the same product or a full refund.
• Opened properly: final. We cannot refund it.

You do not need to watch. The replay posts within 24 hours. Your cards ship either way.

Pulls ship sleeved by USPS within two business days after the show. All wins from one show ship together in one package. To combine several shows, ask us to hold. We hold up to 30 days, then ship to the address on file. Risk of loss follows section 5.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not improve your odds.

• Every show has a free giveaway. Enter by typing "enter" in the live chat. No payment, subscription, or purchase is needed or asked for.
• Buyers and non-buyers have identical odds. One entry per person per show.
• We pick the winner at random on camera. The prize and its value are shown at the start of the show.
• Open to US residents, 18 or older. A parent or guardian may enter for a minor and accept the prize.
• The winner claims within 7 days through chat or [email protected]. We ship free. A prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rylo TCG family and staff cannot win.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or run by YouTube, Google, The Pokémon Company, or Bandai.
• Void where prohibited.

Keep chat kind. No harassment, spam, scams, or links. Do not ask for or share anyone's personal information. We may time out or ban anyone who breaks these rules.

We may refuse or cancel an order, and ban a buyer, for abuse, fraud, a chargeback, or a breach of these terms. If we cancel before your pack opens, we refund you in full.
