This Privacy Policy describes how Rylo TCG, a trade name of Rylo Funding LLC, Hebron, Kentucky ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from shop.rylotcg.com (the "Store").

• Order and contact details you provide: name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number.
• Account information if you create an account: login credentials and saved preferences.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies.
• Live-show chat: if you take part in a Rip & Ship giveaway on YouTube, we record the chat username that entered and the username that won, so we can run the giveaway and ship the prize. Chat itself is governed by YouTube's privacy policy.

• To process and fulfill your orders, including payment, shipping, and order confirmations.
• To open and ship Rip & Ship packs to the buyer who bought them.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send transactional messages and, where you have opted in, restock and show emails.
• To detect and prevent fraud and to keep the Store secure.
• To comply with our legal obligations, including Kentucky sales tax records.

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Store, for example SortSwift (our store platform), Stripe (payments), USPS (shipping), and analytics providers, only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Store, remember your preferences, and understand how the Store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Store functionality.

We keep order records for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Account information stays until you ask us to delete it. Giveaway entry records are deleted 90 days after the show.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Buyers under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission and payment method. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email [email protected] so we can delete it.
