Returns & Refunds

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy covers every order from shop.rylotcg.com, run by Rylo TCG, a trade name of Rylo Funding LLC, Hebron, Kentucky.

Unopened and unaltered sealed product comes back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of price and tax.

Unaltered singles come back within 14 days of delivery, in the condition we shipped, in protective sleeves. We check every return. If the card is not the one we sent, or its condition changed, we can refuse the refund.

Final once opened. Pulls ship as drawn. Before the show starts you may cancel a Rip & Ship order for a full refund. If the stream fails before your pack opens, it stays sealed and you choose the next show or a full refund. If a pack looks damaged, resealed, or tampered with, we do not open it, and you choose a replacement sealed pack of the same product or a full refund.

We grade by eye using standard hobby terms. If you think we got a condition wrong, send the card back within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

If we sent the wrong item, damaged it, or misdescribed its condition, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking says delivered and you do not have the package, tell us within 7 days and we will open a USPS claim and make it right.

Email [email protected] with your order number and what you are returning. We reply with the return address. You pay return shipping unless the return is our error. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days after we check the return. Any part paid with store credit or a gift card goes back to that balance. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Return the original under this policy and place a new order. Rip & Ship pulls cannot be exchanged.
